Return Policy
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at customercare@babygiftroom.com with Return as the subject providing your name, order number and the item you wish to return. Return approval and instructions will be emailed to you once we receive your return request. Credits will not be issued without prior approval. Returns are available within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is still in new condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice and return authorization.
Please make sure the items are safely secured in the shipping box. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method.
After the shipping package is received, refunds will be credited back to your credit card within an appropriate time frame. Please allow adequate time to inspect the return package and process the refund. Note the refund will be for the cost of the item, shipping charges are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, unless an error was made on our part. These items are custom made and cannot be resold as a result. It is therefore incumbent that customers make style selections very carefully. Type the initials or name you want very carefully as well. Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Please notify us via email at customercare@gmail.com.
Back Order Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our suppliers make every effort to keep inventory on hand and notify us in advance if an item is to be discontinued. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal and we keep backorders to a miminum. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Shipping Policy
Generally, orders take 3-5 business days for delivery. Most shipments are sent via DHL or UPS Ground, other shipping methods may be used as well. Please note, personalized items take additional processing time and delivery times vary. A shipping surcharge applies to certain items that exceed standard size, weight or require special packaging. Please see individual items for details.
To offer a wide selection of high-quality and unique products, we are partnered with multiple vendors. Shipping time may vary depending on the vendor, refer to "item details" for production times. Please note, in some cases you may receive multiple packages.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We are required to have a physical address for orders.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
